All services offered through this website by Master Jiuchen (hereinafter "the Consultant") — including but not limited to BaZi (Four Pillars) destiny analysis, I Ching divination, Feng Shui consultation, Daoist ritual services, teaching, scripture lectures, and any related advisory work — are provided as traditional Chinese metaphysical and cultural advisory services, drawing on classical Chinese texts, traditional metaphysical theory, and the Consultant's professional experience. They do not constitute, and must not be construed as, legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, engineering, or any other form of licensed professional advice.
【Advisory Purposes Only】
All interpretations, analyses, recommendations, and forecasts provided by the Consultant are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical theory and the Consultant's professional judgment. No warranty, guarantee, or assurance of any specific outcome is made or implied. For matters concerning health, legal, financial, marital, or other significant life decisions, the Client must independently consult appropriately licensed professionals and exercise their own judgment in reaching any final decision. The Client bears full responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences of acting or not acting upon the Consultant's recommendations.
【Accuracy of Information】
The Consultant relies on information provided or confirmed by the Client, including but not limited to date and time of birth, personal statements, floor plans, and photographs. The Consultant accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in analysis or interpretation arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the Client.
【Copyright and Intellectual Property】

All intellectual property rights are reserved by the Consultant. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use such content for personal study and private reference only. Reproduction, redistribution, public dissemination, publication, resale, or any commercial use without prior written authorisation from the Consultant is strictly prohibited.
【Confidentiality】
The Consultant will keep the Client's personal information and the contents of any consultation confidential, using or disclosing them only as required by law or as reasonably necessary to provide the services. The Client likewise undertakes not to disclose the Consultant's interpretations, proprietary theory, or service procedures to any unauthorised third party.
【Consumer Rights and Service Warranties】
Nothing in this disclaimer purports to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable consumer guarantees the Client may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including the guarantee that services will be rendered with due care and skill. The Consultant warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Consultant's liability for any failure of a service is limited to the re-supply of the service or the refund of the price paid for the service.
【Governing Law and Dispute Resolution】
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be submitted to a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales.
【Limitation of Scope】
The Consultant's metaphysical advisory services do not replace medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial planning, or tax advice.
Any structural alteration recommendations made within a Feng Shui consultation must be separately reviewed and approved by a licensed architect, engineer, or relevant professional, and must comply with applicable Australian federal and state building and planning regulations.
Daoist rituals, talismans, and similar ceremonial services are traditional cultural practices; spiritual or ceremonial effects vary between individuals, and no specific outcome is warranted.
Teaching, lectures, and other instructional services are intended to help the Client understand traditional Chinese metaphysics and culture; the Client is responsible for determining how, if at all, to apply such material in their own life.
